Party Policies

Deposit & Booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.

Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled party. Late arrivals may shorten the length of the party experience.

Guest Count
Packages include a set number of guests. Additional guests may be added for an extra fee, depending on the selected package.

Food & Cake
Families are welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes. Please confirm any additional food arrangements with us in advance.

Spa Experience Disclaimer
All products used during our parties are child-friendly, and high quality. Our spa activities are designed as a fun experience for children. No cutters or sharp tools are used, and services are not performed by licensed beauty professionals.

Nail Polish Policy
Please have guests arrive with nail polish already removed so we can maximize the spa experience during your party time.

Supervision
Space is limited, one adult per child.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate another available date.
